About The Careers Service
Discover our commitment to inspiring students, building essential skills, and opening pathways for their future. We're dedicated to empowering young people and supporting educational institutions across London.

Our inspiration and guiding values
The Careers Service was founded on the understanding that 16-25 year olds often face the greatest challenges in securing employment after their education. They need practical skills and confidence to demonstrate their capabilities to employers, even without extensive prior experience. Our core belief is in equipping these young individuals with the tools to translate their learning into successful careers.

What makes us different
What sets The Careers Service apart is our profound understanding of diverse experiences.
"My own background, culture, and professional journey have, at times, placed me at a disadvantage".
This personal insight allows us to genuinely understand the unique difficulties faced by various groups and to tailor our support to overcome these challenges effectively.

The passion behind our service
Our team is driven by a deep passion for helping young people navigate their career paths. We are particularly committed to supporting those who face additional barriers, including NEETs, BAMER young people, ex-offenders, British working-class individuals struggling with employment, second language speakers, care leavers, homeless people in hostels, and those with SEN or disabilities. We believe everyone deserves the opportunity to excel!
